Social responsibility and sustainable developments are important parts of the development progress and business principles of NS BlueScope Vietnam. Therefore, at the event, BlueScope Vietnam honored partners who shared the same principles and contributed to the community through the “Award for the Community 2020-2021”. This award was given to Hoa Binh Construction Group, BMB Steel, and QH Plus – three big names in Vietnam’s construction industry that have taken part in many meaningful activities for the community over the past two years.
In the first steps to creating a better future, it is impossible not to mention the iconic works in Vietnam, which are a testament to the effective relationship between NS BlueScope Vietnam and its contractors.
That imprint is present in many industries and sectors all over the country, including the tallest building in Vietnam – Landmark 81 in Saigon, Thaco’s automobile assembly plant in the Central region, or Vinfast’s factory with a scale of over half a million m2 in Hai Phong city.
The challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic are expected to persist in 2022, as well as the price of raw materials continuing to increase. In this context, NS BlueScope Vietnam continues to accompany contractors on their journey by investing in R&D and market research to optimize current products and add new products to the portfolio according to market demand. Colorbond® steel with Activate™ – the unique 4 phases alloy-coated technology – has impressed contractors thanks to its outstanding corrosion resistance, ensuring the longevity of buildings, and keeping its aesthetics over time.
Within the framework of the event, BlueScope also launched the New Generation of SUMO™ 150Eq-Anti Fading product with many upgraded features to meet the increasingly diverse demands of the market. In particular, NS BlueScope Vietnam owns a portfolio of high-end steel products applied in the industrial and civil segments and exclusively for sandwich panels, such as COLORBOND®, SUMO™ Anti Fading, COLORBOND® For Panel, SUMO™ For Panel, and BlueScope Zacs® which have been granted Green Label certification from the Singapore.
