With a strong vision for sustainable growth, leading French investor FM Logistic aimed to develop a Grade-A standard warehouse in Bac Ninh that would set a benchmark for energy efficiency and modern design.
To achieve this, the project required a comprehensive roofing solution that met strict international standards for performance, durability, and aesthetics. Key criteria included certified wind uplift resistance (FM Approvals) and features that would contribute to green building certification under LEED standards.
