Goertek's state-of-the-art electronic component manufacturing plant is a landmark $100 million investment in Nghe An province, covering an expansive area of over 360,000 m². The project was developed with a strong focus on energy efficiency and creating a green, human-centric working environment.
As a high-tech facility, the plant required exceptional standards of functionality and precision in its construction. The design also had to comfortably accommodate at least 15,000 workers, featuring wide, airy corridors, a high ratio of green spaces, and architectural elements that connect with nature.
To meet these demanding criteria, ZINCALUME® steel was selected for the roofing system to ensure long-term durability and protection, while COLORBOND® steel was used for the walling to deliver a modern, high-tech aesthetic. This combination provides a robust and high-performance building envelope, helping Goertek realize its vision of a world-class manufacturing hub that excels in both technological innovation and employee well-being.
