To meet the growing demand for modern, international-standard industrial spaces in Northern Vietnam, Nam Tai Thai Binh Co., Ltd has developed the Nam Tai Rental Factory, a landmark project focused on delivering a sustainable infrastructure solution.
The project required a comprehensive building solution that could ensure long-term durability for the building envelope while also optimizing construction efficiency for the structural flooring system, thereby maximizing the investment's value and sustainability.
To achieve this, NS BlueScope provided an integrated solution. For the entire roofing and walling system, SUMO™ 150Eq steel was selected for its superior protection and lasting aesthetics, reducing future maintenance costs. In addition, LYSAGHT® BONDEK® II steel decking was used for the flooring, helping to accelerate the construction timeline and optimize costs. This combination of durable and efficient solutions has helped Nam Tai establish a benchmark for green, reliable, and sustainable industrial rental facilities.
