This multidimensional connectivity not only shortens transit times but also helps reduce cross-regional transportation costs.
With over 70% of its clients being FDI enterprises, VIDIFI Duyen Hai has proven its strong appeal as an integrated logistics hub. The presence of leading corporations in manufacturing, export-import, and e-commerce has elevated both the economic value of the project and its role in creating a sustainable logistics network for the entire region. In 2024, the occupancy rate for core functions such as warehouses and office space consistently exceeded 90%, with overall business growth reaching 5%.
