Mapletree Benoi Logistics Hub is a five-storey ramp-up logistics facility located near to the Jurong and Pasir Panjang Ports and with easy access to the city. The building has been conferred the BCA Green Mark Platinum Award and incorporates modern features like roof with skylight stripe integrated with photo sensor to reduce lighting consumption to cater to the operations of logistics companies. BlueScope Lysaght Singapore undertakes the supply, delivery and installation of the metal roofing works including fall arrest system. This project is completed in April 2014. Due to its large roof area and good site accessibility, onsite rolling became the preferred installation choice for roof lengths of 67 m to ensure economical and ease of installation. Apart from that, this high tensile profile – LYSAGHT® Klip-Lok® Optima™ offers excellent uplift performance.

Completed in 1870, the church is historically associated with the growth of the Chinese Catholic community in Singapore. It is located within the Central Area in Singapore’s Central Business District. The church was built in the tropical Gothic style, a popular architectural style during the colonial era in Singapore.
